• Job Overview:
• As a Special Conservator of the Peace (SCOP) at Colonial Sleuths and Protective Services, Corp, you will be responsible for maintaining public safety, enforcing laws, and providing security services within our designated areas in Hampton, VA; Chesapeake, VA; and Newport News, VA. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $22 to $26 per hour.

• Patrol designated areas to detect and prevent crime
• Enforce laws and regulations to maintain public safety
• Respond to emergency situations and provide assistance as needed
• Conduct investigations and gather evidence for criminal cases
• Write detailed reports documenting incidents and activities
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other security personnel
• Provide excellent customer service to the community and stakeholders

• Must be a certified Special Conservator of the Peace (SCOP) in the state of Virginia
• Previous experience in law enforcement, security, or a related field is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and make quick decisions under pressure
• Must pass a background check (Note: Colonial Sleuths and Protective Services, Corp complies with the regulation that prohibits inquiries into an applicant's criminal background prior to making a conditional offer of employment)
