Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for an assignment at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in
Crawfordsville, IN for 12-13 weeks.

Length: 13 weeks
Overview:
- Implements plans & treatments formulated by Physical Therapist (PT)
- Personal care component for a small percentage of patients
- Other Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) duties as assigned
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Selfdirection, flexibility, and professionalism with a strong sense of team commitment
Requirements:
- Successful completion of a program approved by the National Board for Certification in Physical Therapy Assistant
- Current Indiana State PTA License
- Single or Compact License Accepted
- Complies with accepted professional standards and practice
- Successful completion of GoTravel therapy's Competency Program
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray, Physical, & BLS/CPR Certificate
- Proficiency in the English language
