Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.


Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance to individuals, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with medication administration and ensure adherence to medication schedules
• Monitor and document changes in clients' health status
• Support individuals with developmental disabilities in daily activities and promote independence
• Implement behavior management techniques as needed
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of clients at all times
• Maintain accurate and uptodate records of client care
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information
• Promote resident rights and advocate for their needs
• Collaborate with the branch manager to coordinate care,

- drive to and from appointment, grocery store, therapy, beauty shops, etc.
- level 2 background check required


Experience:

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of care practices, including hospice care, is a plus
• Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities is beneficial
• Experience with direct support and behavior management techniques is desirable
• Proficiency in medication administration systems is an advantage
