Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • To perform lead inspections, risk assessments, final clearances, including collection of environmental samples, and utilization of XRF equipment in compliance with local, state and federal rules and regulations.
  • Other environmental duties, as needed.

Minimum Requirements:


  • EPA Lead Inspector or EPA Lead Risk Assessor Certification.
  • Valid Drivers' License.
  • High School Diploma.

Technical Requirements:


  • Radiation Safety/XRF operator certificate.

Other miscellaneous qualities:


  • Strong verbal and communication skills.
  • Must be a wellorganized.
  • Individual with ability to work independently and complete field assignments by set deadlines.

Compensation:

$25-$30 hourly salary The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the state's law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
