The Company is a growing European gene therapy company focused on discovering, developing, and commercializing innovative treatments for patients with rare and severe neurodegenerative diseases.

Based in Europe, the company has a pipeline of two products, with the most advanced being a treatment for a severe neurodegenerative disease of the retina.


Your main responsibilities will include:


  • Supporting the General Manager of Germany in coordinating efforts with our commercial partners and headquarters functions for local activities (such as localizing projects and materials, organizing conferences and events, digital initiatives, and training).
  • Providing strategic input, analysis, and project management for key crossfunctional projects led by the General Manager of Germany, including project planning and launch readiness plans.
  • Using strategic thinking, problemsolving skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset to identify needs related to launch and business development in the region.
  • Planning and coordinating strategic aspects of regional team meetings.
  • Leading selected projects from design to implementation and reporting on outcomes.
  • Implementing the promotional communication strategy and tactics in alignment with the overall brand strategy.
  • Collaborating with European marketing colleagues to develop and produce compliant product information materials.
  • Developing multichannel and digital initiatives to reduce time to diagnosis and increase awareness of the disease.
  • Ensuring compliance of vendors and business partners and ensuring that all projects adhere to relevant regulations and standard operating procedures.
  • Driving excellence in commercial efforts, including business planning and forecasting.
  • Utilizing a high level of business acumen to analyze and coordinate activities based on industry
