    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Family Law Attorney to join our client's dynamic team.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law and a passion for advocating on behalf of clients facing complex legal issues related to family matters.

    This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele and collaborate with a team of talented professionals in a supportive and stimulating environment.


    Responsibilities:

    • Represent clients in all aspects of family law proceedings, including but not limited to divorce, child custody, visitation, paternity, adoption, and domestic violence cases.
    • Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare persuasive arguments for court hearings and trials.
    • Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their rights and interests are protected throughout the legal process.
    • Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation and collaborative law, to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
    • Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed of case developments and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
    • Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to efficiently manage caseloads and deliver highquality legal services in a timely manner.
    • Stay updated on changes in family law statutes, regulations, and precedents to effectively represent clients and uphold the firm's reputation for excellence

    Qualifications:

    • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
    • Admission to the Florida State Bar and in good standing.
    • Minimum of three (3) years of experience practicing family law, preferably at a reputable law firm.
    • Strong litigation skills and courtroom experience, with a track record of successful case outcomes.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and persuasively.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
    • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
    • Fluency in Spanish (preferred but not required)
