Now, we are looking for a Finance Project Manager to take on major initiatives for our finance department.

    Position Summary:

    The Finance Project Manager will organize and execute key projects involving cross-functional teams within finance and external departments at HUB International, a leading agency in the insurance brokerage industry. This role is vital for driving process improvements, system upgrades, and policy alignment to achieve desired outcomes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop project plans and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders
    • Understand detailed workflows and drive project engagement
    • Measure project trajectory and outcomes
    • Own project communications and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
    • Foster cross-functional relationships within finance & accounting and other essential areas

    Qualifications:

    • Experience with diverse cross-functional teams
    • Background in finance/accounting and project management
    • Ability to develop detailed plans and drive execution targets
    • 4-year degree required, additional certifications a plus
    • 5+ years of corporate experience in project management/finance
