Your responsibilities:
Installation and configuration of clients
Hardware moves (disassembly, assembly, cabling)
Warranty and standard repairs for desktops, laptops, and printers
Software and hardware troubleshooting and analysis
Resolving service calls in the client environment
On-site support

Your profile:
A completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable education with experience in the Microsoft environment
Excellent knowledge of common operating systems (Win8/Win10/Win11)
Good hardware knowledge in the desktop and laptop area
Good knowledge of LAN and WLAN
Fluent in German and good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
Ideally, some experience in leading small teams

You will receive your own company laptop and accessories.
