This is an onsite position.Primary responsibilities are as follows:
Maintain methodical record of official customer correspondence, distributing that correspondence to the right team members in a timely mannerCollaborate with scope owners on the program to track and assess scope closeout, burndown plans, and performance metricsWork cross-functionally to track and assess open liability closeout, particularly working to communicate clear progress and objective evidence needs with program leadership and the customerAssist program leadership with slide creation covering program metrics for customer and internal statusingWill need strong organizational and records keeping skills, as well as be able to work with a wide range of team members to collect and understand raw data used for assessing program progress/create metricsBackground in metrics and reporting, particularly in a heavily engineering based environment a plus
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experienceExperience working on large programsThe ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance
Preferred Requirements:
The ability to manage communications with stakeholders through organized processes to ensure that program information is defined, collected, shared, understood, stored and retrieved in a manner that effectively meets program and stakeholder needs
Salary Range:
$109,900 - $164,900The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
