Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Busser to join our team. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the waitstaff and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.


Responsibilities:

• Clearing and resetting tables promptly and efficiently
• Assisting waitstaff with delivering food and beverages to tables
• Refilling water glasses and providing additional condiments as needed
• Removing used dishes, silverware, and glassware from tables
• Cleaning and sanitizing tables, chairs, and dining area
• Assisting with restocking supplies such as napkins, straws, and utensils
• Collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Responding promptly to guest requests and concerns
• Providing excellent customer service by being attentive, friendly, and helpful

Skills:

• Strong hospitality skills with a genuine desire to help others
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
• Knowledge of phone etiquette for taking reservations or addressing guest inquiries
• Familiarity with food service procedures and practices
• Experience working in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred
• Proficiency in using POS systems, such as Aloha POS, is a plus
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
• Strong attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and orderliness
