RELATIONSHIPS:

The Portfolio Design Coordinator will work closely with the Portfolio Design Manager, Director of Marketing and Branding Construction site leaders, and Asset Team members daily.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work closely with vendors, construction site leaders, design firms, etc.
Responsible for managing the project constraints, and deadlines based on the needs of the business.
Exhibits proficiency and personal accountability for project performance and meeting project expectations.
Review development requirements for communities per state requirements.
Ability to read development plans from construction to finish schedules.
Utilizes a variety of communication means daily.
Conduct administrative tasks as needed.

Monitoring the results, assignments, or projects considering details, and requirements for business needs.
Organizationmust be extremely organized and detail oriented. Must also be able to mange multiple design projects while serving as a resource for the development, construction and architectural teams.

Pay:
$45, $50,000.00 per year
