RELATIONSHIPS:

The Portfolio Design Coordinator will work closely with the Portfolio Design Manager, Director of Marketing and Branding Construction site leaders, and Asset Team members daily.


ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Work closely with vendors, construction site leaders, design firms, etc.
  • Responsible for managing the project constraints, and deadlines based on the needs of the business.
  • Exhibits proficiency and personal accountability for project performance and meeting project expectations.
  • Review development requirements for communities per state requirements.
  • Ability to read development plans from construction to finish schedules.
  • Utilizes a variety of communication means daily.
  • Conduct administrative tasks as needed.

Pay:
$45, $50,000.00 per year
