We are an established and growing, family-owned pet care facility, located in Charles City, Va., who are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic dog lover to confidently communicate and build relationships with new customers, while providing exceptional experiences to our loyal clients.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check customer's dogs in/out
• Respond to inbound phone calls with an enthusiastic, friendly, and inviting manner
• Utilize strong organizational and time management skills to ensure protocols are followed
• Employ excellent communication skills to describe the value and benefits of the premium level of care we provide to potential customers
• Handle customer requests, questions or concerns with patience and respect

Qualifications:

• Desire to work in a cohesive team environment
• Positive, cando attitude
• Comfortable with dogs of all sizes and breeds
• Be detailoriented, organized and work at an efficient pace
• Be dependable and on time
• Have strong computer/technical skills
• Have excellent communication skills
• Available to work some weekends and some holidays
• Lift at least 40 lbs., able to stand/walk/push/pull/ stoop during shift

Education:

High school or equivalent (preferred)


Experience:

Professional Pet Care: 1 year (prefered)

Customer Service, Hospitality or Sales 1 year (prefered)

Pay:
Starts at $14 per hour, based on experience

• AM shifts and PM shifts availabe
• Some Weekends and Holidays required
