    Responsibilities:

    • Process various financial transactions accurately, including check cashing, withdrawals, deposits, and loan payments.
    • Operate a teller drawer to assist customers and bank personnel in the lobby or drive-up.
    • Identify cross-selling opportunities and guide customers to the appropriate bank representatives.
    • Develop skills to detect potential fraud and escalate issues to management when needed.
    • Adhere to all department, bank, and regulatory policies to maintain our established Wintrust culture.
    • Participate in community events and potentially assist with bank opening/closing tasks.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 6 months experience in cash handling or customer service.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Flexibility to travel between branches if necessary.
    • Availability to work all shifts, including Saturdays.
    • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
    • Experience in medical insurance is a plus.
