Responsibilities

Professionals in the field of circular and waste management are responsible for the logistics, collection, and distribution of waste. The focus is on waste treatment and disposal. The training includes identifying, investigating, and declaring waste, as well as managing the logistics and scheduling of containers and vehicles. Specific measurement and analysis techniques are learned for waste investigation. Additionally, the trainee is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining waste processing facilities.

As a trainee environmental technologist for circular and waste management (m/f/d), you will spend the majority of your training in the waste logistics office, where you will take on various administrative and planning tasks. You will also have the opportunity to gain practical experience by visiting our three recycling centers and accompanying waste collection vehicles.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma
  • Good knowledge of German (at least B2 level)
  • Basic knowledge
