BOSS Energy Consulting LTD – Plant Operator

BOSS Energy is working with a leading Clean Technology company to fill a position for a Chemical Plant Operator. This role will involve working on the Pilot Plant located in one of the largest parks to demonstrate CO2 and Green Hydrogen technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate the pilot plant and troubleshoot any process engineering issues with the support of our team.
  • Drive plant expansions/modifications by providing technical solutions and collaborating with external suppliers to ensure successful implementation and functionality.
  • Plan and conduct test campaigns on the pilot reactor, analyze results, and coordinate next steps with the team.
  • Develop and maintain a reliable supply chain for all process engineering needs.

What we are looking for:

  • Several years of experience in developing and operating pilot plants.
  • A degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • Fluency in both English and German.
