- Proactively work with the business to implement and strategically drive talent management programs to improve leadership capabilities, ensure succession planning, high potential identification, and development of objectives in achievement of overall business strategy. Consult with HR business partners and leaders to define, develop and adopt talent management programs and processes.
- Facilitate alignment between multiple projects running simultaneously, identifying dependencies, change management requirements, and prioritizing accordingly.
- Deliver HR programs in the areas of compensation administration, employee engagement, employee relations, compensation, and performance management.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with management and employees to provide advice and counsel on employee and organizational matters.
- Support employee relations matters including coaching managers.
- Act as consultant to leadership team regarding policy and procedure guidance and compliance.
- Key role in leading hiring initiatives and developing strategies for success in identifying and attracting talent.
- 8+ years' experience in an HR role with increasing responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Industrial Relations, Business, or related discipline
- Demonstrated knowledge of effective HR practices and disciplines, including talent management, performance management, employee/organizational development, and employee relations in a broad-based HR generalist role.
- Solid experience in HR/Talent project management, program implementation and delivery.
- Talent acquisition experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to direct and influence at all levels of the organization to drive results.
- Self-starter and self-directed with the ability to think creatively for efficiency and process improvement.
- Strong level of professionalism, interpersonal skills, executive presence, and credibility.
- Competence in managing multiple projects simultaneously with a strong results/goal orientation.
- Ability to work in a high demand, fast-paced environment with a geographically dispersed workforce.
- Ability to provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced HR Professionals
- Experience managing a team preferred.
