Electronic Output Solutions is a mailing and document management company headquartered in Vista CA with a second location in Dallas Texas area.
The Position:
EOS is seeking a detailed oriented Accounting Associate - with an emphasis on general accounting payable principles and record auditing.
Duties Include:
- Enter payables
- Audit payables with packing slip and purchase orders
- Audit and reconcile daily postage usage
- Interface with our postage processing suppliers
- Interface with suppliers as needed
- Occasional hand stuffing and folding of materials

- Demonstrated computer proficiency with QuickBooks Enterprise, Excel (Intermediate level), and Outlook / calendaring software.
Pay:
$35, $40,000.00 per year
