Junior to Mid-level Antitrust Associate

Location:
Washington, DC
A leading AM Law 200 firm seeks a junior to mid-level attorney to join its antitrust practice.

The antitrust team represents companies in DOJ, FTC, FCC, and state attorney general investigations. They navigate complex mergers/acquisitions, litigate antitrust cases nationwide, and advise on antitrust compliance.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
34 years of experience practicing antitrust law.
Bar membership in Washington, D.C.
Prior experience with the Department of Justice Antitrust Division (DOJ) or the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) (preferred).
Experience handling civil antitrust conduct or merger/joint venture analysis and investigations (preferred).
Experience litigating antitrust matters, including drafting motions and briefs and participating in depositions and witness prep.
Experience in the telecommunications and internet sector (preferred).
Strong interpersonal, writing and communication skills.
Ability to take initiative and work collaboratively within a team.

Pay:
$250, $295,000.00 per year
