• Editing video (70% of the time)
• Assisting with video shoots, both instudio and infield (20% of the time)
• Providing support in the studio (10% of the time)

• 57 years of video editing experience
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with a strong organizational grasp of postproduction workflows and file management
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop or Illustrator
• Familiarity with professional cinema camera equipment from manufacturers like Sony, Canon, Panasonic, RED
• Expertise in various video camera file formats, codecs, transcoding, and exportation of appropriately formatted deliverables
• Basic understanding of video lighting, audio, and general production equipment
• Proficiency in Mac OS operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic audio editing skills to ensure optimal sound quality
• Physical capability for demanding tasks, including navigating rough terrain while carrying gear, working in varied weather conditions, and lifting and carrying gear weighing up to 50lbs
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
• Selfstarter who can work independently while also following direction to effectively capture the intended story or purpose

• Demonstrated ability to execute a range of video projects, from small promotional videos to large commercial edits and social media content
• Experience or proficiency in motion graphics and 2D or 3D animation
• Familiarity or experience with heavy equipment operation
• Experience shooting in industries served by John Deere (agriculture, construction, forestry, turf, etc.)
• Previous work in a video studio or outdoor job sites
• Experience editing for large corporations or brands with highlevel leadership involvement

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) in a related field such as editing, motion graphics, or videography.

• 8 hour shift
