Description
The position directly reports to the CEO of the US operating company.- Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
- Develop reporting for forecasting and monthly financial analysis.
- Own performance management benchmarking platform and reporting KPIs.
- Lead regular ownership calls, reporting KPIs monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Design and develop business analytical tools and analysis.
- Support Regional VPOs and Executive Directors with financial and business analytics reporting.
- Supervise, develop, and mentor a team of 3 Financial Analysts.
- Lead underwriting, due diligence, closing, and implementation processes of acquisitions, developments, and dispositions.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis and projects as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 58 years of experience in financial analysis, with managerial experience.
- Background in Senior Housing, Hospitality, Multifamily, or Commercial Real Estate industry background is preferred, with experience working with an Owner/Developer of senior housing, multifamily, or mixeduse projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with analytical visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Pay:
From $125,000.00 per year
