- Establishing a service-oriented environment that goes above and beyond guest expectations
- Soliciting and acting on feedback from guests to enhance service and food quality
- Handling guest complaints promptly and effectively
- Providing thorough training to team members and offering continuous feedback for improvement
- Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized restaurant
- Managing budgets and conducting necessary adjustments
- Supervising routine maintenance and repairs
- Analyzing operational reports
- Performing other assigned duties
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry
- Satisfactory completion of training and relevant tests
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
- Proficiency in restaurant policies and operational procedures
- Knowledge of financial reporting and business operations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to implement and enforce policies
- Experience in employee development and customer satisfaction
