- Follow all safety, regulatory, and environmental standards
- Prepare and apply body filler and filler primers
- Spray paint various materials such as aluminum, steel, and plastics
- Plan and organize work procedures for each order
- Read and interpret construction drawings
- Maintain paint inventory and equipment
- Perform quality checks before and after painting
- Utilize a variety of hand and power tools
- Experience with HVLP gravity fed paint gun
- Experience in mixing and spraying various types of polyurethane finishes and primers
- Physically capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and performing various painting tasks

Overview:
The Industrial Painter role involves preparing mixtures to match color tones, setting up paint, and all painting activities. This position collaborates closely with the Engineering team and supports the Plant Manager in departmental tasks.
