Territory Account Manager Hamburg

Our client is dedicated to improving healthcare by advancing fast and accurate diagnostic testing.

The Territory Manager (m/f/d) plays a crucial role in our company, responsible for managing sales in the Hamburg area and surrounding regions. This position requires residence in the region and operates remotely, with frequent travel throughout the assigned territory.

In this position, you will:

  • Develop and expand business within the assigned territory, serving both existing and potential clients in hospitals, private laboratories, and point-of-care settings.
  • Lead complex sales processes involving multiple departments, from introducing new diagnostic concepts to finalizing agreements and overseeing implementation.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with key accounts in private laboratories.
  • Lead the introduction and growth of new testing in point-of-care settings.
  • Promote and encourage the use of new assays and instrumentation.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Field Application Specialists and Marketing to create and implement customized sales strategies for customers and regions.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals, as well as support product showcases.
  • Maintain accurate customer data using our CRM system.
  • Achieve sales targets for both instruments and reagents.
