and overcoming business challenges across the Kraft Heinz North American Zone (U.S. and Canada)

Functions &
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day
MRO, CAPEX, and Utilities Procurement team responsibilities
, including developing and implementing sourcing strategy, negotiating contracts, performing make vs buy analysis, developing alternative sources of supply, and troubleshooting supply interruptions
.
Manage
team on
negotiations of contractual agreements to ensure that they achieve business objectives, adhere to corporate standards, and financially deliver against our value commitments.
Deliver productivity savings and develop a continuous efficiency pipeline of savings to ensure future delivery of the strategic plan commitments related to the P&L and the balance sheet.

Develop and handle annual budgets and monthly forecasts for cash flow, purchase price variance, and other financial metrics for t he assigned categories.

business strategy, and actively develop the external supply base to create competition and provide sustainable sourcing solutions for current and future projects.

A minimum bachelor's degree is

, and MBA and/or advanced procurement qualifications are
preferred (CPM, CPIM, etc.).

years of Procurement experience, with a minimum of 5 years of Indirect Procurement experience.
