    Summary:

    The IT Operations Manager's role is to supervise and ensure the efficient operation of the company's Citrix, Nutanix, Network environments, and supporting systems.

    This includes managing the IT staff responsible for monitoring and diagnosing network and hardware problems, working with the Information Security team to ensure vulnerabilities are addressed in a timely manner.

    The IT Operations Manager will also work closely with the senior leadership, and decision makers in other departments in order to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization.


    Specific Job Functions:

    Management of the Bank's Virtual Desktop and Application Delivery environment (Citrix).Primarily responsible for supporting the Bank's Virtualization Infrastructure (Nutanix).Responsible for server and network administration of the on-premise production environment to include daily maintenance and reliability monitoring.

    Manages IT Operations Staff, including Networking, and Systems Administration.
    Supervises Helpdesk requests to consistently meet response objectives and escalate issues as necessary.
    Oversees patch management process to ensure vulnerabilities identified are remediated in a timely manner.
    Responsible for ongoing business continuity planning regarding IT assets.
    Member of the Bank's IT Steering Committee and makes recommendations for IT related expenditures to the Committee.

    Support cloud-based phone systems and acts as the primary point of contact to escalate more complex issues to the vendor.

    Reports suspicious/information security events through the proper reporting channels.
    Works with auditors and examiners with the goal of successful exams/audits.

    Participates in training related to Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering requirements of the institution as it relates to the specific position held and is able to effectively identify transactions or situations relative to the position that would not follow the BSA/AML Policy of the institution.


    RequirementsJob Requirements:
    Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or the equivalent of training, education and experience.
    Minimum five years of IT experience, with experience in a banking IT department preferred.
    Subject matter expert on Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop.


    MCSA:
    Windows Server 2019,


    CCNA:
    Routing and Switching preferred.
    Extensive experience with virtual environments (e.g. Nutanix, VMWare, etc.)Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy.
    Familiarity with FFIEC IT Handbooks.
    Familiarity with Google Workspace administrationGoogle Cloud administration skills preferred.
    Knowledge of Jack Henry software preferred.
    Prior experience working in a regulated environment.
    Prior supervisory experience.
    Strong problem-solving skills.
    Strong customer service-orientation toward bank staff.
    Detail-oriented.
    Possesses positive, can do attitude.

    Working Conditions:

    Work is performed in a normal office environment, with hybrid work options available, upon a satisfactory 90 day review.
