To strengthen our internal IT team, we are currently seeking reinforcements for our location in Munich in a permanent position.

WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE WITH US

  • Acceptance, documentation and processing of customer inquiries at the ServicePoint
  • Receipt of hardware-related fault reports and on-site troubleshooting using a ticket system (SNOW)
  • Technical analysis and resolution of fault reports
  • In addition to software and hardware issues, this also includes problems in the areas of printing and telephony
  • Forwarding of reports to, and collaboration with, downstream departments
  • Consultation of users on the hardware and software portfolio
  • Commissioning of hardware and installation of software according to tickets
  • Issuance and return of hardware and documentation in an asset management system
  • Commissioning of clients and mobile phones
