Location:
Baltimore, MD (Not Remote - In-Office at least 2 days per week)


Hours of work:
Typical hours of work are from 8:30 AM until 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. Additional hours may be necessary as needed. This position is exempt from overtime.


Compensation:
$60,000 annually.

Overview:


As part of the Integration Engineering Team, this role will serve customers by providing product and service information and troubleshoot and resolve high level technical issues, provide training and education for new implementation projects and current users.

The individual must also maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with our customers, who are usually hospital administrators in hospitals, surgical centers, wound care centers, etc.

This is a very fast-paced environment, so having the ability to multi-task and work independently is a must.


Essential Functions:


Implementation Tasks

  • Act as the manager for a select portfolio of our new Interface clients and facilitate their implementation projects. Serve as the primary point of contact for these clients, ensuring clear communication, addressing concerns, and managing expectations throughout the implementation phase.
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying delays and taking corrective actions as necessary to keep implementation of assigned projects on track.
  • Provide support and assistance in Implementation tasks, including representing the team in customer training environments.
  • Collaborating with clients to collect requirements, deliver updates, and resolve concerns throughout implementation.

Platform Support Tasks

  • Oversee 5 service contracts (Services Plus), ensuring efficient customer support, timely delivery of account maintenance and customer training, and adherence to quality standards.

Integration Tasks

  • Handle customerfacing communication, ensuring clear and effective interaction.
  • Partner with Integration Engineers to assist in managing our clients' accounts through Jetstream.
  • Collaborate with Product Specialists and Integration Engineers to develop roadmaps for future projects and enhancements. Identify opportunities for automation and innovation within software.

Qualifications:


  • 3+ years SaaS customer support experience in a fastpaced environment with demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer support.
  • Experience with leading remote trainings.
  • Experience with Jira Service Desk is a plus.
  • Excellent problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong knowledge with Microsoft Word and Excel, Windows, and internet browsing/researching is required.
  • Strong written skills are required, as well as outstanding interpersonal and time management skills
  • Must be organized, detailoriented, customerfocused, selfmotivated, able to multitask, and be a team player.
  • Clear and confident verbal communication.
  • Ability to accurately type 45+ corrected words per minute.
  • Ability to work independently is a must.
  • Ability to prioritize assignments.
  • Ability to work under stressful conditions.
  • Ability to travel if required.
  • Must be reliable with very mínimal attendance issues.
  • Bachelors degree required.
  • Knowledge of OR procedures, practices, terminology, and Joint Commission Standards a plus, but not required.
