"Here you can make a difference: As a Bachelor of Engineering in the General Industrial Engineering program with a focus on Digital Transformation, you can expect versatile and future-oriented tasks within the company. You will accompany digital transformation processes in the process engineering of large-scale plants, either in a specialized department or in cross-functional projects. You will have the opportunity to work in various areas where you can combine your technical, business, and IT knowledge, such as purchasing, engineering, quality or risk management. This offers a wealth of challenges and room for creative solutions. During your studies at the Dual University of Baden-Wuerttemberg (DHBW) in Mannheim, you will acquire the theoretical foundations for this. After the basic studies with classical subjects from technology and business administration, as well as selected IT topics, you will deepen your knowledge in the field of Digital Transformation. Modules such as project and quality management, as well as personal skills, are also part of the curriculum. During the practical phases at Linde, you will apply the theory in various areas. Working on concrete solutions, you will learn how companies function and what you need to successfully implement your ideas together with others as a team. The program lasts 3 years (6 semesters).
