As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to seniors and individuals with special needs in their homes.

Duties:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Administer medication reminders
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying up
• Help clients with mobility needs, including transferring and lifting
• Monitor and record vital signs as directed by healthcare professionals
• Assist with medical documentation and maintain accurate records
• Provide specialized care for clients with dementia or memory care needs

Requirements:

• Previous experience in senior care or related field is preferred
• Knowledge of dementia care techniques is a plus
• Ability to provide compassionate and patientcentered care
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Ability to lift and move clients safely
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes
• High school diploma or equivalent
