    Hospitalist - Pediatrics, Pediatrics

    Required Skills:
    Board certification or eligibility in Pediatric Hospital Medicine or General Pediatrics
    Proven experience in pediatric inpatient care and hospitalist services
    Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
    Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
    Ability to manage acute pediatric conditions efficiently and compassionately
    Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team


    Nice to Have Skills:
    Experience with CLIA-waived point-of-care testing
    Knowledge of pediatric sedation or minor procedures
    Bilingual abilities in Spanish or other languages
    Familiarity with hospital-based workflows and pediatric subspecialties


    Preferred Education and Experience:
    Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
    Residency in Pediatrics or Pediatric Hospital Medicine
    Minimum of 3 years of relevant inpatient pediatric experience
    State medical license with ability to obtain hospital credentialing


    Other Requirements:
    Must hold valid medical licensure and board certification in pediatrics
    Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and call duties
    Ability to document and report accurately all overtime and callback hours
    Flexibility to work in a fast-paced hospital environment


    We offer a competitive hourly rate of $1.00, along with comprehensive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage (W-2), paid sick leave, and a robust referral bonus program.
