    Description

    SRG is seeking an experienced Offensive Cyberspace Operations Planner to join our team of Cyber Operation Analysts and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support planning, coordination, synchronization, and execution of offensive cyberspace operations in support of aligned combatant command and designated sub-unified commands.

    This includes a deep understanding and experience in the employment of available cyberspace capabilities as well as the creation of future cyberspace capabilities.

    Tasking will include comprehensive cyber support for cyberspace operations planning and intelligence analysis at Joint Force Headquarters level.
    The candidate should demonstrate the ability to review, analyze, and operationalize tactical and operational-level Cyber directives.

    An active/in tolerance TS/SCI w/CI Poly clearance will be required for access to the place of performance, system account creation to perform the tasks, and access to classified data.


    Roles and Responsibilities:
    The Offensive Cyberspace Operations Planner will perform the following functions:


    • Draft or edit Operational Plans (OPLANS), Operational Orders (OPORDs), and Fragmentary Orders (FRAGOs).
    • Participate in Joint Planning Groups and Teams (OPG/OPT), developing and integrating cyber capabilities into JFHQ-C (MARFORCYBER) plans
    • Support JFHQ-C (MARFORCYBER) action officers with planning and remain cognizant of missions and priorities of the JFHQ-C (MARFORCYBER) up to the Top Secret (TS) Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) levels.
    • Review drafts and provide advice and assistance to the JFHQ-C (MARFORCYBER) Operational Planning Teams and Joint Planning Groups.
    • Review plans to identify expressed or implied missions and responsibilities.
    • Develop concepts of support, courses of action, integrate command and external capabilities, coordinate, and document comprehensive plans for JFHQ-C in support of USCYBERCOM and aligned CCMD

    Required Qualifications:
    1. TS/SCI with counterintelligence (CI) polygraph.
    2. 8 years recent (since 2013) work experience as an Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO) planner.

    Waive 2 years of experience requirement for every year spent on a Combat Mission Team (CMT) in any work role.

    Waive 2 years of work experience requirement for every year spent in an OCO planner role within a Joint Force Headquarters – Cyber (JFHQ-C) command.

    OR - 4 years recent (since 2013) work experience in offensive cyberspace capabilities development.

    Waive 2 years of experience requirement for every year spent on a Combat Mission Team (CMT) in any work role.


    • Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent (i.e. Prince 2 certification. DAWIA Level III, etc.) or an additional 4 years recent (since 2013) experience in offensive cyberspace capabilities development. OR - 4 years recent (since 2013) work experience as an Interactive On-Net Operator (ION), cyberspace Exploitation.
