- Assist in technical development and tracking of orders to include Task Orders (TO), Warning Orders (WARNORD), and Fragmentary Orders (FRAGO).
- Coordinate with other cyber elements to obtain information for slides, briefings, presentations, reports, or other situational awareness products.
- Provide for the development, setup and execution of Commander's Update Briefs, Operations and Intel updates, Command and Staff Briefs and other command battle rhythm events up to the Top Secret (TS) Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) levels.
- Must possess a bachelor's degree and 10 years of planning experience or a combined total of a minimum of 14 years between education and relevant service.
- Army/Joint Targeting, IPB, and COG analysis process as well as a general understanding of Joint Offensive and Defensive doctrine and procedures.
- Knowledge in JOPP, MDMP, and MCPP planning and targeting processes and expertise in developing and accessing tactical and operational level Cyber plans and orders.
- Must possess a background in military operations and be familiar with all current operations through the phases of planning, approval and execution. Contractor will provide JFHQ-C (MARFORCYBER) leadership with situational awareness of projects, Crisis Action Teams and current operations activities supporting Operational Planning Teams across JFHQ-C (MARFORCYBER).
- Experience with integrating, coordinating, and synchronizing adjacent and supporting operations, as well as developing support for related capabilities and their activities.

Description
SRG is seeking an experienced Current Operations Support Planner to join our team of Cyber Operation Analysts and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support planning, coordination, synchronization, and execution of offensive cyberspace operations in support of aligned combatant command and designated sub-unified commands.
This includes a deep understanding and experience in the employment of available cyberspace capabilities as well as the creation of future cyberspace capabilities.
Tasking will include comprehensive cyber support for cyberspace operations planning and intelligence analysis at Joint Force Headquarters level.The candidate should demonstrate the ability to review, analyze, and operationalize tactical and operational-level Cyber directives.
An active/in tolerance TS/SCI w/CI Poly clearance will be required for access to the place of performance, system account creation to perform the tasks, and access to classified data.
