Project Coordinator

TSS seeks a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our Round Rock, TX. team as a Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator will support and assist the Project Management team working with operations to assist project setup, inventory planning, and deployment activities. Must be able multi-task and change direction quickly.

Responsibilities

:


  • Ensure Compliance with TSS standards and expectations with regards to: Order Entry
  • Project documentation and dependencies.
  • Project Tracking.
  • Customer communications.
  • Issue resolution.
  • Customer Escalations.


  • Responsible for Project

  • Initiation activities including but not limited to:
  • Assists with pre-sales bids and estimates as requested.
  • Assists with creating Sales Estimates based upon Account Executive input.
  • Accounting and Project Folder Setup.
  • Services Review with assigned Project Manager.
  • Operational Tools Setup for project account.
  • Setup required proj ect initiation meetings on behalf of Project Managers


  • Responsible for Project

  • Execution activities including but not limited to:
  • Assists with the creation of project parts as requested.
  • Assists with the creation of inventory readiness reports.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies as they are identified.
  • Assists with the creation of receiving orders (D3 reports) as requested.
  • Assists with the creation of shipping orders as requested or assigned.
  • Must respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
  • Providing shipmen and order confirmation to customers.


  • Responsible for Project

  • Monitoring including but not limited to:
  • Daily Tracking and Monitoring of outgoing and incoming shipments.
  • Activity reporting, daily, weekly and monthly.
  • Proactive communication of exceptions both internally and externally.
  • Reviews receiving and shipping orders for accuracy weekly.


  • Responsible for Project
— Close/Review including but not limited to:

  • Prepares project reports for management, client, or others.
  • Coordinates Project Closeout meetings for Project Management.
  • Closes project code within internal systems as needed.
  • Understand and follow all internal processes and methodologies required for successful project management. Create and maintain in the defined timeframes all documents required by those processes.

Qualifications

:


  • Bachelor's degree and/or 13 years in Project Management support role or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to analyze electronic product bills of material to understand key requirements.
  • Experience with project planning, forecasting, scheduling is a must.
  • Proficient in MS Office with proficiency in MS Excel for analysis, planning & reporting.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication, negotiation skills, strong organizational skills & attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with xfunctional teams to successfully deliver services for multiple projects & support to various departments with different requirements Must be flexible, have high energy, be able to work independently on complex assignments and manage multiple tasks with competing priorities where short deadlines are the norm.
  • Ironclad integrity; must be impeccably honest, trustworthy and discreet regarding confidentiality issues.
  • Must be accurate and organized
  • Ability to think creatively, highlydriven and selfmotivated
