Position:
Customer Service Representative
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Answer incoming calls and provide information needed to understand calls
- Track down missing items in the office
- Order supplies needed to provide customer with products
- Build rapport with customers by providing information about Mariano's Greek Town and providing support, emotional support, and positive solutions to customer concerns
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
