- Unpacks, identifies, examines and sorts incoming supplies.
- Coordinates daily route schedule for medical instrument delivery. Works closely with the delivery drivers to ensure timely deliveries and to mitigate any issues with delivery.
- Compares identifying information of incoming supplies to verify Sales/Purchase Orders, invoices, packing lists and/or other records.
- Ensures the accuracy of shipping documents and verifying receiving supplies with SRN's and other documents.
- Maintains inventory of supplies and collaborates with Supply lead.
- Coordinates shipping to ORC locations as needed.
- Escalates issues, problems and discrepancies to Manager.
- Maintains receiving/shipping area in a clean, safe and orderly manner.
- Coordinates truck service and maintenance.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Driver logistics/schedule coordination experience.
- Minimum 3 years experience with shipping/receiving logistics including experience loading and unloading trucks from docks.
- Intermediate MS Office and data entry skills.
- Must have the ability to multi-task.
- Must be able to conceptually understand the various shipping processes.
- Must possess strong organizational skills.
- Must possess good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while paying attention to details of the shipping/receiving requirements.
