    Please see the attached job description for more detailed information.Elementary Program Coordinator - (21st Century Grant Programs)Standard Group200 days/year8.0 hrs/day, 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (includes a 30 minute unpaid lunch break)Salary $40,000 - $45,000/year

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    ? Reports to work as scheduled on a regular and reliable basis.? Assists and supports 21st Century Grant program before, after, and summer school at two or more elementary schools each day school is in session.? Assists with attendance of all participants at 21st Century Grant program events.? Assists in developing methods of recruitment for student participation in programs? Assists in coordination and facilitation of nutrition services and student transportation needed for participation in district before and after programs.? Assists with summer school planning.? Acts as a liaison between the district and community partners in providing services for students.? Plans & supports quarterly family engagement events at all buildings assigned? Meetswith building principals and administration regularly to assure program alignment with academic and student needs? Creates marketing materials and outreach plans to recruit new community partners and program staff? Must have an availability to work outside normal hours for evening and weekend family engagement eventsSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

    + This position supervises site facilitators at assigned schools.

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

    + Bachelors degree in Education or related field preferred. Prior experience working with youth or in program management is preferred.
