- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field.
- 2-5 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in customer success or account management.
- A passion for customer success and exceeding expectations.
- Strong organizational skills and results-driven mindset.
- Understanding of SaaS business models and industrial processes.
- Proven track record in onboarding and training initiatives.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and familiarity with customer success tools.
