What to expect:

Handling personal inquiries from employees
Consultation on labor law issues
Maintenance and monitoring of vacation accounts
Participation in applicant management
Conducting the onboarding process
Preparation of employment contracts, contract amendments, terminations, and dismissals based on templates
Creation of contract templates in coordination with the HR department
Further development of the existing quality management system
Maintenance of job assignments, including filling in the job plan and requesting qualification certificates
Conducting the dunning process
Account reconciliation
