    Headquartered in Austin, TX, Upper Echelon Products ("UEP") is a data-driven consumer products company selling an extensive line of branded products through eCommerce channels. UEP is the sole manufacturer and distributor of Repel and Rain-Mate umbrellas, Everlasting Comfort memory foam, electronic, and bedding products, Le Chateau wine decanters, Café du Chateau coffee makers, LumiLux Toilet Light, Triton dog leashes, and Flux Phenom magnetic screen doors.

    JOB SUMMARY:

    We are currently seeking an AMAZON Content Manager to join our exceptional team at UEP. The ideal candidate will be proactive and driven, ready to take on a diverse set of responsibilities. This includes ensuring the ongoing success of our products through a variety of tasks, such as managing content and creative elements on product listings, implementing effective marketing strategies, monitoring the financial health of the business, providing outstanding customer service, managing risk and ensuring compliance, overseeing inventory, and developing growth-focused strategies. Your accomplishments will depend on your deep knowledge of the ASINs you manage, your ability to identify issues, and your capacity to create action plans.

    Candidates should possess prior experience in crafting copy for eCommerce brands that operate on Amazon and other online marketplaces/channels. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate a strong grasp of SEO techniques (including keyword research and LSI keywords), copywriting methods that engage customers and inspire them to make purchases, and web writing techniques like concise paragraphs and bullet points. All candidates should also have a fundamental understanding of marketing strategies and how they drive business growth.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Amazon Listing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive Amazon/e-Commerce strategies to improve product visibility, conversion rates, and sales.
    • SEO Optimization for Amazon: Perform in-depth keyword research, on-page SEO, and implement Amazon SEO best practices to boost product rankings and organic traffic within the Amazon ecosystem.
    • Content Creation and Enhancement: Collaborate with design teams and content creators to craft engaging, persuasive, and high-converting product listings that comply with Amazon's guidelines and SEO requirements.
    • Content Optimization at Scale: Develop and implement strategies for scaling the optimization and management of product listings across a wide range of SKUs.
    • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor listings and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge, developing and implementing innovative strategies.
    • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize Amazon's analytics tools and other data sources to measure the performance of product listings, make data-driven decisions, and communicate insights to the team.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (advanced degrees or certifications are a plus).
    • Proven experience in Amazon listing optimization and management.
    • Strong understanding of Amazon SEO best practices.
    • Knowledge of Google Search, Google SEO best practices.
    • Strong and current understanding of Amazon's Term of Service/Operating Agreement.
    • Exceptional copywriting and persuasive writing skills with a strong attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central and related tools.
    • Experience with keyword research tools specific to Amazon (e.g., Helium 10).
    • Experience with keyword research tools specific to Google (e.g., SEMRush).
    • Ability to create A+ Content and Enhanced Brand Content on Amazon.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
    • Creative and data-driven mindset.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
