Position Summary

Capital Solutions Overview

General Atlantic's Capital Solutions team is focused on marketing the firm's global investment strategies to institutional limited partners worldwide.

The Capital Solutions team manages all aspects of the fundraising process including creating and leading the execution of specific marketing plans, developing marketing materials, and building relationships with both current and new investors.

Responsibilities:

Investor Servicing: support relationships with existing investors across all aspects of the client service, including portfolio updates, ongoing investor templates, and ad-hoc investor requests

Distribution Support: organize briefing materials for investor meetings by researching investor backgrounds and assessing fir for the firms investment products

Project Management: lead internal projects combing all aspects of fundraising including investor prospecting, product development, database management, and pipeline tracking


Qualifications:

• 02 years of experience in alternative asset fundraising, investment banking, consulting, or financial services strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, adept with financial data and ability to summarize digestible facts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, and ability to craft narratives in presentation format
• Strong project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail
• A high level of professional maturity and a solid work ethic
• Strong interpersonal skills; proactive team contributor
• An ability to fit into a cohesive team and highly demanding work environment
