Description
We are seeking to add an
experienced, self motivated Administrative Assistance for our Elizabeth, NJ Location.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Maintain Office supplies inventory and reorder as needed.
  • Utilize towing knowledge to coordinate towing services efficiently.
  • Provide towingrelated assistance to colleagues as needed.
  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Be willing to assist with various office and administrative duties as required.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
  • Familiarity with towing operations and terminology preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Able to work under pressure on a fast pace environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Detailed oriented
  • Excellent organizational skills.

Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
