What can you expect?

You will review digital incoming invoices, taking into account all legal regulations
You will be responsible for the allocation and booking of incoming invoices with and without purchase reference, as well as down payments for domestic and foreign companies
You will process payment runs for travel expenses and creditor invoices, and be responsible for conducting account reconciliations and clarifications, as well as managing reminders
You will reconcile intercompany transactions in the subledger and optimize accounting processes in the accounts payable area
You will assist with travel expense and reimbursement claims for domestic and international travel, in compliance with company, legal, and tax regulations, and support cross-departmental collaboration with all business areas, both domestic and international

What do you need to bring?

You have successfully completed training in accounting and have relevant professional experience in the field of accounting
You have a strong command of SAP FI/MM and the MS Office package
