  • Supporting cellbased bioassays and binding assays for biological characterization and testing of biopharmaceutical products
  • Carrying out bioanalytical cellbased assay testing of recombinant protein therapeutics
  • Assisting in the identification and evaluation of new technologies
  • Making detailed observations, analyzing data, interpreting results, and exercising appropriate technical discretion in the design and execution of experiments
  • Performing cell culture, maintaining cell lines, and performing routine lab equipment maintenance
  • Presenting results at internal meetings
  • Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
  • Good time management, outstanding multitasking abilities, selfmotivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to learn new techniques, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
  • Good documentation skills

Basic Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree with 46 years or Master's degree with 23 years of relevant experience working with cellbased assays in an industry environment
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
