    Grievance and Appeal Coordinator

    Compensation

    The pay for this position is $22 per hour
    Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
    A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

    Highlights

    The required availability for this position is Monday – Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm

    Grievance and Appeal Coordinator

    Responsibilities

    speaking with members, documenting, researching (utilizing different material and navigating through systems, reaching out to providers & members, communicating with internal and external parties)
    Formulating responses in writing to members (writing skills are extremely important for this role),

    Grievance And Appeal Coordinator Requirements

    Must have previous Grievance and Appeals exp
    Analytical and research savvy
    Must have at least 1 year of recent healthcare experience and strong work history
    Strong organization and able to multi-task
    Attendance-must be timely and show up to work
