- Support repair refurbishment operations with product quality improvement projects.
- The main deliverable will be technical documentation updates.
- Candidate needs to be familiar with navigating engineering documentation systems (MyWorkshop), manufacturing documentation practices, Microsoft Office (particularly Word & Excel w/macros), and basic photo editing.
- Candidate needs good interpersonal communication skills to work with technicians and support personnel within the operation.
- Familiarity with client systems and packaging experience is desirable but is not required.
- Engineering education or 2-3 years demonstrated technical writing experience.
- This role reports to Quality Assurance organization and will mainly be working with the operations team with oversight from QA.
