- Perform review of contracts to ensure contract completeness.
- Verify of all financial terms to ensure eligibility for funding pledge.
- Redact any personal identifiable information or bank/cc information when processing files for internal audit.
- Issue identification for any contracts missing documents or having incorrect contract information
- Detail important issue findings into our system
- Resolve any contract issues not requiring owner communication.
- Maintain the flow of collateral between HGV and Custodian (New files being pledged or ineligible files that need to be returned back).
- Generate and validate Loans paid in full report in order to process, execute and file the necessary Satisfaction of Mortgage in public records.
- Mail Paid in full letters and documents to Borrowers once the satisfaction of mortgage is recorded in public records.
- Generate and confirm reports to be distributed to our Developers and Lenders which affect their funding availability.
- High School Diploma
- Experience in administrative role with ability to prioritize and remain organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel
- Detail Oriented and strong communication both written and verbal
- Notary Public
- Knowledge of documents required for timeshare closing
- Access Database experience
