Tasks and Process

You will hit the ground running from the beginning of your training: Your first project is to create a functional and remote-controlled truck. You will manufacture the individual components yourself and learn various production processes such as turning and CNC milling. During the assembly of the truck, you will deepen your knowledge of mechanics. Training courses in measurement and control technology will complement your training. Your tasks will also include maintenance of machines in the field of machine service, troubleshooting complex production systems, and reducing machine downtime. In addition, you will work on future-oriented products in the research and development department and learn how to professionally disassemble and assemble gearboxes in the company's specialized departments. You will also gain insights into business processes and quality assurance systems, which you will plan, implement, and monitor as a team.
