Mid-Senior UX/UI Design Coach in West York, IL

Full-time position in Berlin, starting January 2023

Requirements:


  • Lead a group of motivated students in a fulltime course
  • Manage the course's organization and administration
  • Facilitate exercises and contribute to the development of course materials
  • Actively support the Head Coach and other Coaches in teaching course content, such as User Research, Personas, Journey Maps, Flows, Wireframes, Design Thinking, Figma, Accessibility, and Interface Design
  • Provide technical and disciplinary mentorship to participants
  • Collaborate closely with a team of coaches to coordinate and deliver the course

About You:


  • Hold a degree in design or have equivalent training/bootcamp experience in the field
  • Have 2+/ years of professional experience as a UX/UI designer or in a related subfield
  • Passion for teaching, facilitating, mentoring, training, or lecturing
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Leadership, mentoring, and relationship building abilities, with the capacity to effectively manage groups and resolve conflicts
  • Enjoy sharing knowledge and helping others grow
  • Passion for promoting
