As an Outreach Specialist, you will play a crucial role in connecting with our valued patients, ensuring their seamless experience in scheduling remote doctor visits and optimizing their overall healthcare journey.

• Conduct outbound calls to patients to schedule convenient remote doctor visits
• Communicate fluently in Spanish to effectively engage with our Russian-speaking patient demographic.
• Confirm appointment details, including date, time, and the physician they will be seeing.
• Collect essential information to enhance the patient's experience during the remote doctor visit process.
• Verify and update contact information, ensuring accurate and reliable communication channels.
• Provide an empathetic and supportive approach, addressing any concerns and ensuring a positive patient interaction.
• Collaborate with the team to follow up with patients, confirming appointment details and addressing any additional questions they may have.

• Fluency in English and Russian is essential.
• Proven experience in customer service or outreach roles, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication skills with a warm and empathetic approach.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Comfortable using phone systems and healthcare databases.
• Knowledge of healthcare terminology and processes is a plus.
