We are hiring a Facilities Manager to grow the residential housekeeping and transportation programs, while maintaining an environment of happy and engaged team members and high level of resident satisfaction.

Compensation:
starting at $75,000 per year.

How you will make an impact:

Assist the Director in developing, tracking and analyzing quality control measures and data to ensure that Housekeeping and Transportation departments deliver quality service in an efficient manner.
Develop, implement and improve Housekeeping and Transportation departments procedures and programs.
Lead periodic surveys and audits of facilities and grounds to ensure compliance with safety related legal requirements.
Develop and implement training for all Community staff, as appropriate.
Oversee common area housekeeping and staff.
Manage transportation staff and services to include taking residents to offsite appointments/errands.

What you will need:

High School diploma or GED required, College degree preferred.
Current and valid state's driver license is required
Must be at least 21 years of age to drive a Company vehicle.
Three or more years of experience in Housekeeping/Transportation required.
Knowledge of current DOT driving standards and regulations required for Transportation.
